YOUR TASKS:
- You will learn how to work safely with IT systems, networks and IT security
- You will set up workstations and IT equipment and put them into operation
- You will install operating systems, software and necessary applications, and keep them up to date with updates and adjustments
- You will act as the point of contact for our staff and provide IT support
- You will help build network and server infrastructures and learn to maintain and administer them
- You will analyse technical issues, isolate faults and resolve problems independently
- You will document technical processes and contribute to ongoing IT projects
