With the Performance Cut, the material is removed from the entire back of the spoke. The minimum wall thicknesses required for moulding are retained and mechanically reduced to a minimum. The process guarantees weight savings with precise moulding.

During glossy turning, the surface is turned on a high-precision, computer-controlled CNC lathe using a diamond cutting insert so that it reflects the light and brings out the natural lustre of the metal. After machining, the wheels are sealed with clear lacquer.
